Featuring six homes and one business, the 45th annual Ann Arbor Old West Side Homes Tour highlights the diverse structures of the Old West Side Historic District and surrounding neighborhoods. It showcases creatively and respectfully updated older homes, newer homes designed to be compatible with historic surroundings, effective use of small spaces, and adaptive reuse of commercial buildings.

Advance ticket sales begin September 1 at the Washtenaw Dairy, Argus Farm Stop on Liberty, Downtown Home and Garden, Nicola's Books and Mighty Good Coffee at The Jefferson Market and run until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22.
Tickets can be purchased day of tour at Saint Paul Lutheran Church, 420 W. Liberty.
No children under 12, no backpacks, photography or shoes in homes.
$10 in advance, $12 day of tour. $8 for seniors 65+
