Featuring six homes and one business, the 45th annual Ann Arbor Old West Side Homes Tour highlights the diverse structures of the Old West Side Historic District and surrounding neighborhoods. It showcases creatively and respectfully updated older homes, newer homes designed to be compatible with historic surroundings, effective use of small spaces, and adaptive reuse of commercial buildings. If you are interested in local architecture, Ann Arbor history, new design ideas or enjoying a fall day while munching Washtenaw Dairy donuts, this tour’s for you!
Advance ticket sales begin September 1st at Washtenaw Dairy, Argus Farm Stop on Liberty, Downtown Homes & Garden, Nicola’s Books and Mighty Good Coffee at the Jefferson Market. Advance sales end at 3:00 on September 22.
No children under 12 including babes in arms, no backpacks, photography or shoes in the homes.
Advance tickets are $10 ($8 for seniors 65+) and available until 3:00pm on Satur
