Green Zone is dedicated to organic ingredients — from the dough for their square-crust pizzas to the blend of cheeses that tops them. They also use recycled, compostable, and sustainable materials. Their pizzas are concocted in a conveyor oven that utilizes airflow to cook the pies in just a few short minutes. Patrons choose from a menu and beer-and-wine lists posted on the wall, then step up to the central counter to place their orders. When the food's ready, it's brought out by one of the staff.
