Testa Barra is the second restaurant opened by the Baldwin Restaurant Group, headed by Chef Jeff Baldwin. It’s a lively spot featuring the work of co-chefs Mike Baldwin and Gabriella Rodriguez, and the fare is inspired by a spin on Northern Italian cuisine. This local neighborhood haunt churns out thin, hand-tossed pizzas as well as scratch-made pasta. At its contemporary infusion cocktail bar, Testa Barra marries classic cocktails with innovative flavors, fresh herbs, and squeezed juices to create unique libations.
