Chef Nicole Justman heads the kitchen at this fresh spot that brings a touch of Birmingham to Shelby Township. The chef and proprietor Sally Gravat and other staff members all worked together in the Cameron Mitchell restaurants. Gravat took over this 95-seat space, which includes a central bar and nicely appointed tables. There's a contemporary American menu that includes glazed salmon, shrimp stir-fry, filet mignon, and at the top of the heap, a 20-ounce cowboy rib-eye. Service is friendly and down-to-earth and has an ensemble feeling. The bar emphasizes craft cocktails as well as a rotating list of local beers.
