Jennifer Gray, winner of HOUR Detroit Magazine’s “Best Personal Trainer”, is a 15 year fitness expert. In creating her Body Beautiful training camps, she has devised a system specifically designed for people who want to attain their personal fitness goals in a short period of time. With camp classes no larger than 20 people and personal training available in the gym or in a client’s home, Jennifer has helped over 5,000 people attain their fitness goals.

Body Beautiful Boot Camp is a system specifically for women who want to attain their personal fitness goals in a short period of time, utilizing the best of fitness trends and modalities, personal support and instruction, while incorporating a mind-body connection. For every woman at any stage of life and fitness level, from brides-to-be, to those preparing for any special occasion, Jennifer Gray’s Body Beautiful Boot Camps ensure life-changing results.

With group personal training and intensity combined with a nurturing environment, participants achieve measurable results. While many other fitness regimens don't address the whole person, Gray's Body Beautiful Boot Camps acknowledge that stress and disconnection often contribute to being unfit. Jennifer helps women to reconnect with the softer, feminine side of themselves. The training actually results in a lean and sexy but soft look- Victoria’s Secret models might not have the secret alone anymore!

The fitness program remains easy on joints with lower impact exercises; there is an emphasis on women reaching their goals in a safe manner. Women of all shapes and sizes are encouraged to participate. Jennifer tailors her program to provide maximal results for multiple audiences.

Each main camp is twelve weeks long, and also includes two six week sessions. Buckle-Down Boot Camp is a way for campers to keep up their motivation and exercise in between camps. The six week sessions run parallel to the 12 week program. Her Boot Camps are conveniently located throughout Oakland and Macomb counties in West Bloomfield, Southfield, Royal Oak, Rochester, Clinton Township and Dearborn.

The program is all about accountability and it begins with goals set by the participant. Then together an action plan is created with Jennifer Gray. Workouts are customized. There is a beginning and an end. Campers get personalized attention but the support of working in a group. Classes integrate the latest in fitness including bosu ball, kickboxing, circuit weight training, Pilates, low-impact step aerobics, yoga, and belly dancing with nutrition and healthy lifestyles. Classes are affordable and take place indoors.
