McIntosh Poris Associates / GSC Design Associates - A mansard-roofed house was transformed into a contemporary home with a "Zen boathouse" feel. Interior walls were replaced by beams and columns. Historic Residential Renovation/Restoration

Fine Finishing - Many of the original Italianate elements of this 1874-built house had been removed. Eave brackets, cornices, and porch columns were replicated based on old photographs of the home.
